I love to see the excitement of the kids as they race to their Easter Baskets to see what the Bunny had left them. Lots of sugar; that's for sure.
What a special day this was. We not only got to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ, but we also got to listen to our wonderful Prophet during General Conference. I know our Savior loves us and I am so grateful for his sacrifice for us that we may live together forever as an eternal family. I love my family so much!
Following tradition, we went to Matt's parents for a big breakfast. We then watched the first session of General Conference with them. Grandma entertained the boys with a little "I spy the Prophet" game.
It was then off to my parents house for a wonderful Easter dinner.
